There was an Abraham Lincoln stamp in 1966 as well that only cost 15 cents. This stamp was not officially declared as being a memorial to him, however, oddly enough. There are definitely a wide variety of different commemorative stamp options out there for you to choose from – All you have to do is find the commemorative stamp that you want the most and go for it.
